Zonta Women in Business Leadership Award

The Zonta Women in Business Leadership Award celebrates excellence and recognises outstanding achievements by women between 18-35 years of age driving innovation and impact in the business world. This prestigious award hours exceptional leadership, entrepreneurial spirit, ethical conduct and significant contributions to the recipients’ respective industries while addressing global or local issues affecting women and girls or climate justice.

During the 2026-28 Biennium, Zonta International will present 10 awards of US$5,000 each, and each international winner will be offered a complimentary one-year supporting membership in Zonta International for the next financial year.

Applications open mid year and must be received by the District by 5 November each year. Contact your local club for their deadline. A panel will select a District 24 winner and forward the application to Zonta International by 2 January 2027. A Zonta International jury will evaluate all applications and select 10 for the International award.

This annual award was renamed in 2026 to the Zonta Women in Business Leadership Award.
