Bi-annual District Conference

Every Zonta District holds a conference in the odd numbered years.

The Zonta International Convention is held in the even numbered years.

The next Zonta D24 Conference will be held on September 19 - 21, 2025 on the Central Coast.

Conference Update

We have lots of exciting things in train for this year’s 2025 District 24 Conference, taking place at Ettalong on the beautiful Central Coast, just north of Sydney. We’ll begin with a social event on Friday night, tickets for which need to be booked separately, and then get down to business on Saturday and Sunday. We have a special Sunday ticket for young people of $50 and we particularly encourage clubs to sponsor your Z Club members to attend. If you haven’t booked accommodation yet, there are a range of options available including next door at the Mantra. The excellent line-up of speakers will be sure to get you thinking and talking about important issues affecting girls and women

Bi-annual International Convention

Zontians gather in even numbered years in a different location around the world to celebrate Zonta and the work we do together.

In 2024 Australia was honoured to host the 66th Zonta International Convention in Brisbane.

Annual General Meetings

Zonta District 24 Inc holds an annual general meeting every year. In the odd numbered years the AGM is held as part of the District Conference.

Location of the AGM is rotated across the three Areas.

The 2024 AGM will be held in Sydney on November 9, at the Stanton Library, North Sydney.

D 24 Area Meetings

Area Meetings present an opportunity for Zonta members within an Area to come together. These gatherings allow participants to:

  • Connect with other Zonta members

  • Exchange successful practices among Clubs

  • Listen to updates from the District Governor and other District officers about Zonta activities on both national and international levels

  • Be motivated by compelling local guest speakers

Usually Area Meetings are held during February/March.

We are excited to welcome you at the next Area Meeting in your region.
