2025 District 24 Conference

All District 24 members are invited to join us for the 2025 District 24 Conference, taking place on the beautiful Central Coast, just north of Sydney. Our conference will run from Friday, 19 September to Sunday, 21 September 2025, and  will be held at Ettalong Diggers Club, a stunning waterfront venue with scenic foreshore walks.

Convenient accommodation is available next door at the Mantra, with a range of options, as well as other nearby alternatives.

CONFERENCE THEME: Sustainability, Spirit, and Speaking Up for Human Rights

This theme embodies the essence of our biennium, reflecting our commitment to making a difference.

Our opening speaker is Liesl Tesch, AM, Member for Gosford, Parliamentary Secretary for Families and Communities, and Parliamentary Secretary for Disability Inclusion.

Our youth panel will be addressing how we as Zontians can better connect with younger generations and collaborate toward shared missions and values. This is a unique and exciting opportunity—we have never engaged like this before!

Conference Schedule

Friday, 19 Sept:

6:30PM onwards, Mix & mingle social gathering

Hot and cold finger food, equivalent to a meal. Bookings required; numbers are limited

Saturday, 20 Sept:

9:00AM - 5:00PM, Conference business sessions

6:30 PM, Conference dinner. Included in full conference registration

Sunday, 22 Sept:

8:30AM - 12:30PM, Conference sessions

Thanks to a successful grant funding and cost-saving efforts, this year’s conference is more affordable than ever!

• Friday night social event - Max. 75 guests - $35 (food only)

• Full Conference Early Bird - 40 tickets only - $265 (Includes Saturday conference, Saturday dinner, and Sunday sessions)

• Full Conference First Timer Ticket - 40 tickets only - $230 (Excludes Friday night event)

• Full Conference - No discount - $295

• Saturday dinner only-$75

Please note: Ticket pricing excludes all drinks, which will be at your own expense (except for those provided during conference sessions and lunch). Breakfast and conference bags are also not included.

Important Conference dates:

Wed 20 August marketplace forms to Armidale, this date is slightly flexible

 Saturday 23 August Club Credentials forms required 

 Week of 25th August AGM notice will be sent to clubs

 Sun 31 August 1 pm candidates practice session 

 Mon 1 September zoom link to be sent to all clubs for voting

Saturday 6 September 1 pm via Zoom voting for the next biennium D24 Board and Nominating Committee roles (no practice session as this has format has been used previously)

 Sunday 14 September 2:30pm delegates/ alternates/ parliamentarian/ Board Slido training for conference voting at business sessions.
